With this machine the company MORI IMPIANTI ENOLOGICI, decided to face the new market trends with its head up high, aiming at the operative methods whose objective is to exploit the application of treatment techniques of food products called “MILD TECHNOLOGIES”.
Therefore, we would like to present a piece of equipment of an extremely high quality, with all of the characteristics of rigidity and reliability that characterise our brand, integrated with a truly surprising range of standard fittings in terms of their completeness and adaptability to the various characteristics of the raw material to be processed.
Built entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, on wheels for easy transportation. A machine loading hopper with a high inclination and without a feed screw, for feeding from a conveyor belt, a selection table, a discharge tank, an elevator truck etc.
A perforated cage made from PVC with round holes, thickness of the cage 10mm, holes with rounded edges on both sides with a cutting coefficient reduced to a very minimum.
The dimension of the holes of the cage can be personalised according to the type of grapes to be processed, with unique perforation solutions: 19, 22 or 24 millimetres, or by steps: 24 – 22 – 19 differentiated at the beginning, in the middle and at the end of the cage, all of this to reduce the presence of small pieces of stalks in the stemmer to a very minimum.
The beater is fitted with blades made entirely from rubber, adjustable in height and inclination, in order to regulate the soaking period of the grapes in the wall, at a specific speed of rotation of the elements.
With these details the berries remain intact and the stalks move easier along the cage without being broken.
The cage and the beater, rotating in the same direction, can be easily extracted to allow for in-depth cleaning of the machine. The speed of the beater, and also proportional with the cage, is regulated by an inverter.
Furthermore, the DINAMICA 100 stemmer is also fitted with telescopic legs and group crushing rollers with an independent geared motor, allowing the machine to be configured within a selection line of raw materials to be processed.
The crusher made from rubber rollers that can be regulated from 4 to 8mm, is fitted with an “anti-breakage” system, consisting of springs that can open the adjustable roller if rather large pieces pass through it.
