With the FL hydraulic press series, our intention was to integrate the power of tradition with technological innovation so as to integrate the very best results with practicality in achieving them.
By following this line of thought, MORI IMPIANTI ENOLOGICI has brought about important innovation in the field of hydraulic presses.
The FL series of PZ hydraulic presses has a very important added value, that ranges from the drastic reduction of time required for the entire pressing operation and simplification in movement of the grape marc present.
The novelty lies in an “automatic decking-off” system plus the special FL (fork liftable) weatherboarding basins.
In brief we are no longer obliged to opening the cages at the end of the cycles and discharging the hand-pressed grape marc as the cage, consisting of a single body, remains hooked in the upper part of the frame of the press itself.
Doing so, the section of grape marc pressed on the tray will remain.
Furthermore, this tray is predisposed with a frame that allows it to be moved with any fork lift truck or electric transpallet, so as to move the grape marc directly into the storage area and quickly begin loading of the new pressed material.
The PZ FL models are also available with mobile trays that can be moved by hand by each operator, maintaining the possibility of releasing the cage automatically onto the press.
Three versions are available: PZ80FL with 80x90cm high cages, PZ95FL 95x100cm high and PZ130FL 130x110cm high.
The loading capacities are respectively: 4.8, 7.1 and 14.6 quintals.
