SENIOR 500 OIL MILL
Designed specifically for small and medium sized olive growers with a daily harvest of 1700/2000 Kg of olives and an annual production of 27/30 Tons.
Components of the plant:
DLE2 GROUP Feeding hopper with speed variator, leaves remover, washer, screw elevator.
F2GP GROUP Hammer mill, double horizontal mixer, feed pump. With speed variator.
DECANTER SENIOR 250-500 Extraction and oil separation 2 phases (oil + water and pasta).
Technical specifications:
Feeding hopper with speed variator and in feed screw.
Leaf remover fan.
Washer sprayers with running water.
Olives elevator with screw and gear reducer.
Mill hammer type.
Melaxer double horizontal with special shaped stirrer and electric
motor, hot water circulation jacket including electrical elements to
heat the water and recycling pump, with temperatures and levels
probe to automatist the entire working phases.
Feeding pump single screw type with speed variator.
Decanter centrifugal extractor for 2 phases operation (oil + water
and pasta).
